Biography:
Dr. Jesse Galinski founded Before You Enroll Inc. in 2025 secondary to his first-hand experiences working at a CCNE accredited U.S. Nursing College offering a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree (BSN). As a Biology instructor, Dr. Galinski was able to observe the level of unpreparedness of many students entering the BSN program and, sadly, also witness their subsequent dropout or removal from the program.
Before You Enroll Inc. is Montana nonprofit organization operating entirely within the virtual sphere to bring together current-student nurses and prospect nursing students that that the prospective students can learn first-hand how difficult nursing school actually.
Prospective students have the opportunity to interview one or more student-nurses, in good academic standing, currently enrolled in U.S. Department of Education Accredited Nursing Programs.
Student-Nurses, in accredited U.S. nursing programs, contract with Before You Enroll Inc. to provide no-holds-barred interviews with prospective students and are compensated for their time at rates equivalent to or higher than mid-career registered nurses – a win-win situation for both prospective nurse and student-nurse.
Regarding his own academic Achievement:
Dr. Jesse Galinski has over 13 years as a student-physician, physician, university instructor, author, inventor, healthcare administrator, and business owner within the U.S. Healthcare system. Dr. Galinski completed his undergraduate degree in Human Environmental Sciences at the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa (Roll Tide!) and then earned an Doctor of Medicine Degree (MD) from Spartan Health Sciences University School of Medicine, Vieux Fort, Saint Lucia. Dr. Galinski went on to earn masters (MHA) and doctorate degrees (DHA) in Healthcare Administration from Capella University and A.T. Still University. The topic of Dr. Galinski’s dissertation was hospital pricing systems and the healthcare consumer experience in navigating said systems for price shopping and value attainment.
Dr. Galinski has worked in the field of private healthcare advocacy since 2017 as an advocate and advocacy business owner; he became board certified in private healthcare advocacy in 2019. Dr. Galinski has published multiple peer-reviewed articles on medical topics such as Diabetes Mellitus and Major Depressive Disorder, Stereotactic Radiosurgery, and Polypharmacy as it contributes Alzheimer’s Dementia. Dr. Galinski authored a patent for a new weight management dietary supplement that induces a state of nutritional ketosis as well as a pending patent for a healthcare blockchain system.
Dr. Galinski has worked in higher education as university faculty within the fields of Healthcare Administration, Human Anatomy & Physiology, Medical Assisting and Biology. Dr. Galinski is the founder and CEO of The Bolton-Strid Foundation, a nonprofit, philanthropic cryptocurrency company that leverages blockchain technology to provide much needed financing to the United States healthcare industry for the betterment of the system itself.
